Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the fresh cod fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Cooking

  • In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the warm butter mixture over the cod fillets.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cod is opaque and flaky.

Notes
