Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 cup Brown Sugar For frosting; combine with melted butter.
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Can substitute with almond milk.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract For extra flavor in frosting.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Mix into melted ingredients for frosting.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  • Stir in the mashed banana and ground cinnamon, ensuring smooth consistency.
  • Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
  • Spread the batter evenly into the greased baking pan.

Baking

  • Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden edges and a toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting Preparation

  • While the blondies cool, melt butter with brown sugar and milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Mix in vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth, then drizzle over cooled blondies.
