Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Sprinkle evenly over chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For additional flavor.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Alternatively, use Greek yogurt.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 2 stalks Green Onions Slice thinly for garnish.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Adds sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce Adjust for spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For balancing flavors.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  • Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until golden crust forms.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Making the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Mix well.

Serving

  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the chicken and drizzle with the sauce. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

Enhance flavor by marinating the chicken in the sauce for a few hours. Customize the sauce with different spices or herbs. Serve with pickled vegetables for added crunch.
