Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 2 tbsp green onions (chopped) Add for freshness; can substitute with chives or scallions.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken pieces dry and season them with black pepper, kosher salt, and paprika.

Cooking

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of oil until hot.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • While the chicken cooks, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour the sauce over the chicken. Stir to coat.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes
