  • Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked rice with the turkey-vegetable mixture and stir well.
  • Serve in bowls, topped with the creamy sauce, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice before serving. Customize the veggies based on your preference—zucchini or snap peas work great! Serve with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
