Preparation

  • In a slow cooker, combine the chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add the boneless chicken breasts to the slow cooker, ensuring they are well coated with the mixture.
  • Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken, spreading it evenly.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the slow cooker, shred it with two forks, and return it to the sauce. Mix well.

Serving

Notes
