Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, then add shredded cheese, crumbled sausage or bacon, salt, and pepper.
  • Open the can of biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4-5 inches in diameter.

Filling and Sealing

  • Spoon a portion of the egg mixture onto the center of each biscuit, being careful not to overfill.
  • Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.

Baking

  • Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with melted butter.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
