For the Salad

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced

Cooking the Beef

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
