  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

Preparation

  • Shred the cooked chicken and chop the Romaine lettuce.
  • Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface or a platter.

Mixing

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly
