Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the chicken breasts by pounding them to an even thickness.
  • Season flour with salt and pepper in one bowl.
  • In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  • Heat garlic butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the breaded chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley before serving.
