Ingredients
  

Main Protein

  • 2 cups cooked chicken Shredded or diced chicken for easy mixing. Ensure chicken is fully cooked.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Optional for a creamier texture.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 1 cup diced celery Chop finely for better mixing.
  • 1/2 cup halved red grapes Can substitute with apples.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds Toast lightly for extra flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard Adds a kick to the salad.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients: cooked chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if using), celery, grapes, almonds, Dijon mustard, and seasoning.
  • If you haven't already, shred or chop your cooked chicken.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (if you're using it), and Dijon mustard. Mix until creamy.
  • Gently fold in the chicken, diced celery, and halved grapes into the creamy base. Stir until everything is well coated.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  • Fold in the sliced almonds.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce or in a wrap. Great for sandwiches or as a side dish. Customize with herbs or additional nuts if desired.
