Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables

  • 8 oz pasta Choose your favorite type of pasta.
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Can substitute with grape tomatoes.

Protein and Cheese

  • 1 lb chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese Grated or shredded.

Cooking Essentials

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the cut chicken breast to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  • Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Add the fresh spinach to the pan, stirring until wilted.
  • Mix in the cooked pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra cheese if desired.

Notes

Consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice for extra zing. Customize with your favorite herbs, like basil or oregano.
