Preparation

  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and evenly spread it out.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • If using, add sliced olives for extra flavor.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh basil, if desired, and enjoy!
