  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional garnish)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (optional for serving)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil and marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Customize the filling with spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor. Serve it alongside garlic bread for a comforting meal.
