Pasta and Beef

  • 8 oz pasta Use any pasta type.
  • 1 lb ground beef Lean ground beef is preferred.

Creamy Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream Provides the creamy texture.
  • 1 cup beef broth Can substitute with chicken broth.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor to the sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For added flavor.
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For sautéing.

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnishing.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  • Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.

Combining

  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Customize with vegetables like spinach or bell peppers to enhance nutrition.
