  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For frying
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Return the chicken to the pot, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
  • Remove the chicken and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then add them to the broth.
  • Mix in the sliced chicken and let everything warm through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions and any optional toppings.

Notes

Enhance flavor with a splash of soy sauce. Customize with extra veggies or serve with toasted sesame seeds.
