Pasta and Sauce

  • 8 oz penne pasta Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced Frozen chicken can be used if cooked thoroughly.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream Milk or a dairy-free alternative can be used.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Extra cheese can be sprinkled while serving.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken, ranch dressing, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until well mixed and heated through.

Cooking

  • Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Mix until the cheese is melted and fully incorporated.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables. Ideal for family-style servings.
