Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt.

Preparation

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sauté in a skillet over medium-high heat with oil for 7-8 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  • Toast the sandwich rolls in a skillet for about 1 minute on each side until golden.

Assembly

  • Slice the cooked chicken and place on the bottom half of each toasted roll.
  • Top with coleslaw, lettuce, and optional ingredients like tomatoes and pickles.

Serving

  • Press the top half of the roll onto the sandwich and cut diagonally for serving.

Notes
