  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken thighs in a large plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, add orange zest to the marinade. Customize by adding your favorite herbs or spices for a personal touch. Serve with sliced limes for an added zest on the side.
