Ingredients
  

Pasta & Chicken

  • 2 cups rotini pasta You can use any pasta shape.
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded Leftover rotisserie chicken works great.

Sauce & Seasonings

  • 2 cups marinara sauce Use your favorite jarred or homemade sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning A blend of Italian herbs.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust based on preference.

Cheese

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese For a gooey topping.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds a salty bite.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rotini pasta, cooked chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Cooking

  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in fresh basil or spinach before baking. Customize by adding different cheeses or serving with fresh herbs.
