Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Ensure it's smooth and not too watery.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use natural or organic without additives.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Raw honey is recommended for health benefits.
  • 1/4 cup granola or chocolate chips Choose based on preference.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by placing the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well-combined.
  • Fold in the granola or chocolate chips gently so they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Using a mini muffin tin or silicone molds, scoop out the mixture into each cavity. Fill them just to the top for a perfect bite.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2 hours, until solid.
  • Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the molds. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Notes

Serve bites on a platter or pair with fresh fruit slices. Enjoy with a glass of milk or a hot cup of tea. Add a pinch of cinnamon or different nut butters for flavor enhancement.
