Liquids/Dairy

  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted butter to control salt levels.

Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh is best for flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Use thoughtfully to enhance flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Season according to personal preference.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Chop right before serving for maximum flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Baking

  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet with the garlic butter, spooning some of the melted butter over the chicken.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serving

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Slice and serve warm, drizzled with garlic butter from the skillet.

Notes

Consider adding a dash of lemon juice before serving for extra flavor. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter sauce. This dish can be paired beautifully with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
