Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.

Grilling

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  • Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle parmesan over the chicken and close the grill lid briefly to melt the cheese.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
