Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Patties

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

For Assembling

  • 4 feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • cucumber-dill tzatziki
  • 4 brioche buns or pita bread

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
  • Shape the mixture into four patties of equal size.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Assembly

  • Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on buns or pita bread.
  • Top with crumbled feta, sliced tomato, and lettuce.
  • Finish it off with a generous dollop of cucumber-dill tzatziki sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped fresh herbs like parsley or mint to the chicken mixture. Customize with your favorite toppings like roasted red peppers or avocado.
