Ingredients
  

Main Protein

  • 1 lb Steak (ribeye or sirloin) Seasoned with salt and pepper.

Starch

  • 2 ears Sweet corn Grilled until charred.

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the steak.

Liquids

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic glaze Drizzle over salad before serving.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For dressing the salad.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 6 cups Mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach) Washed and dried.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese Crumble over salad before serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Wash and dry your greens, then set aside in a large salad bowl.

Cooking

  • Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side until it reaches your preferred doneness.
  • While the steak is grilling, grill the corn for about 10 minutes, rotating occasionally until charred.

Assembly

  • Once the steak is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice it thinly against the grain.
  • Cut the corn off the cob and add the kernels to the greens.
  • Crumble the gorgonzola cheese over the salad.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then gently toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes

Experiment with homemade dressings or customize by adding nuts or seeds for added crunch. Serve with grilled vegetables for a more colorful feast.
