  • 2 pcs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Trim any excess fat before cooking. Chicken thighs can be used as an alternative.
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Cut into bite-sized pieces. Alternatives include green beans or asparagus.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy garlic sauce Can use store-bought or homemade sauce. A lemon tahini sauce is a good alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Fresh garlic can be used for stronger flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust quantity to taste.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Feel free to use other seasoning blends.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley) Can substitute with basil or cilantro.
  • 1 lemon Lemon Squeeze before serving for added freshness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken on the hot grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Meanwhile, add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan over medium heat and sauté the broccoli florets for about 5-6 minutes until tender but vibrant.

Assembly

  • Once the chicken is done, slice it into strips. In a bowl, layer the sautéed broccoli and chicken, then drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the top.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon.

Notes

Enhance flavor with soy sauce or balsamic vinegar. Mix in favorite veggies for added color and texture. Serve over grains like quinoa for a filling dish.
