  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  • Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender (about 10 minutes), and then drain.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the beef is cooked, drizzle in the hot honey and mix well to coat the meat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • In each serving bowl, layer the sweet potatoes, followed by the hot honey beef. Top with a generous scoop of cottage cheese and slices of avocado.
  • Garnish with additional hot honey if desired and enjoy!
