  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, reduce heat, and cover the pan. Allow it to melt for about 3-4 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  • Once the cheese is melted, remove the pan from heat. Carefully scoop the cheesy chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas.
  • Fold the lettuce leaves or tortillas around the filling, securing them tightly.
  • Plate the wraps and enjoy immediately while the cheese is warm and gooey.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes or incorporating additional veggies like bell peppers or avocados.
