Seasoning/Spice Blend

Thickening Agent

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch Used to thicken the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water To mix with cornstarch for slurry.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts into the crockpot.

Cooking

  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the cubed cream cheese and heavy cream.
  • Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Mix in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • After cooking, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry and stir into the sauce.
  • Let the sauce thicken for a few minutes.

Serving
