Seasoning/Spice Blend

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Enhances flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper Enhances flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavors.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika or Italian seasoning Mix in for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  • In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each chicken breast.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

To enhance flavor, marinate the chicken in the coating for 30 minutes before baking. Customize with favorite herbs and serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon or chopped parsley.
