Preparation

  • Add salt and pepper to taste, folding everything together gently until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until every crumb is coated.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the cracker topping over the chicken layer.

Baking

  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
