  • Food coloring in spring colors Gel food coloring is recommended for vibrant hues.
  • Optional fruit or candy for decoration Choose decorations that complement the theme.

Preparation

  • Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing on low speed until combined.
  • Pour in the vanilla extract and whip the heavy cream separately until medium peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Coloring and Assembling

  • Divide the filling into separate bowls and add a few drops of food coloring to each.
  • Spread the colorful filling into the pre-made pie crust, alternating spoonfuls of each color.
  • Use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors without fully blending them.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once set, remove from the fridge and decorate with fruits, candies, or additional whipped cream.

Notes
