  • 6-8 drops green gel food coloring Adjust for desired color intensity.
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed Add extra for topping.
  • 1 each pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust For convenience; can be made with crushed Oreo cookies.
  • to taste Extra Cool Whip and maraschino cherries for topping For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold whole milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in the peppermint extract and green gel food coloring until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined.

Assembly

  • Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  • Tap gently on the counter to settle the filling.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Serving

  • After chilling, remove the pie and add a generous dollop of extra Cool Whip on top.
