Ingredients
  

Main Protein

  • 1 lb Kielbasa Choose high-quality kielbasa for the best taste. Slice into bite-sized pieces.

Starch/Pasta

  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes Cut into halves for quick cooking; can substitute with sweet potatoes.

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 2 cups Bell Peppers (Red & Yellow) Chop into strips.
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots Chop to size.

Liquids/Dairy

  • 3 tbsp Honey Local honey adds unique flavor; agave syrup can substitute.
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low-sodium or gluten-free soy sauce recommended.

Optional Finishing Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup Fresh Parsley or Green Onions Chop fine for garnishing.

Preparation

  • Wash and chop the baby potatoes, bell peppers, and baby carrots. Slice the kielbasa and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add the sliced kielbasa to the hot pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned and crispy.
  • Toss in the chopped bell peppers, baby carrots, and baby potatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes until the veggies begin to soften.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Pour over kielbasa and veggies.
  • Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 7-10 minutes until veggies are tender but still crisp and sauce thickens.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions.

Notes

Consider adding lemon juice for brightness. Customize with seasonal vegetables and serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
