Ingredients
  

For the Cobbler

  • 3 cans sliced peaches in syrup 15.25 oz each
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 package yellow cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick cold butter (1/2 cup)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large baking dish, pour the sliced peaches along with their syrup.
  • Sprinkle the ground cinnamon evenly over the peaches.
  • In a bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and brown sugar.
  • Sprinkle the cake mix mixture over the peaches.
  • Slice the cold butter into small pieces and place them on top of the cake mix.

Cooking

  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. You can add nutmeg or mix in other fruits for customization.
