  • 1 pound chicken thighs Use skinless and boneless for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons oil For cooking.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed if possible.

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons green onions Chopped.

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • In a bowl, mix together chili sauce, mayonnaise, honey, and lime juice.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the thighs in the skillet, coating them evenly.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is warm.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking. Customize the spiciness by adding more or less chili sauce. Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra zesty touch.
