Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss the fresh cauliflower florets in a bowl with honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until they are tender and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or ginger to the sauce. Customize by adding your favorite veggies into the mix. Serve with a dipping sauce to enhance the taste even more!
