Ingredients
  

For the crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed

For the topping

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped for topping
  • 1 cup strawberry crunch topping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased or parchment-lined baking dish to form the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Add the heavy whipping cream and pureed strawberries to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until creamy.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Serving

  • Once set, top with chopped strawberries and strawberry crunch topping before serving.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
