Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar Mix with cinnamon for enhanced flavor.

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Agave syrup can be used as an alternative sweetener.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Almond extract can provide a unique flavor.
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Homemade whipped cream can be used for freshness.

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup Golden Sandwich Cookies Crushed for topping.
  • 1/2 cup Freeze-Dried Strawberries Fresh strawberries can be used if desired.
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate For drizzling, optional.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brush each flour tortilla with melted butter on both sides.

Coating and Baking

  • Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Sprinkle this mixture generously over each buttered tortilla.
  • Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes until they’re golden and crispy.

Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.

Assembly

  • Once the tortillas are baked and cooled slightly, carefully shape them into taco shells.
  • Spoon in a generous amount of the cheesecake filling.
  • Sprinkle crushed cookies and freeze-dried strawberries on top of the filled tacos.
  • Drizzle with optional white chocolate for an extra flair.
