Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the butter in a baking dish and let it melt in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
  • Mix honey, soy sauce, and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Arrange the seasoned salmon fillets in the baking dish with the melted butter, skin-side down.
  • Brush the salmon with the honey-soy mixture.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is golden brown.
