  • 4 cups Fresh Grapes (use Concord or Red Seedless grapes for the best natural sweetness) Use fresh, sweet grapes for optimal flavor.
  • 2 cups Cold Water This balances the blend.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or Honey Adjust to taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice Adds a zesty kick.

Preparation

  • Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water.
  • Remove the stems and place the grapes in a blender.
  • Add the cold water, sugar or honey, and lime juice to the blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding any solids.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Pour over ice and enjoy!

Notes

For added sweetness, include more honey or sugar. Mix in other fruits or garnish with lime slices or mint leaves for uniqueness and freshness.
